<i>Water-marks</i>:  A hand making the sign of benediction, three varieties,
all between sewn chain-lines 42-3 mm apart.

(a) 80 mm long, the cuff with seven tails.  Nearest is Briquet 11494 (1463).
(b) 70 mm long, the cuff with seven tails.
(c) 65 mm long, with a heart motif on the cuff of five tails.  Nearest is
Briquet 11526 (1467).

On fol. 2r is the unidentified device 'Outre mon cueur'.

The imitations of the <i>Belle Dame sans Mercy</i> in <i>Pm</i> were discussed
by Piaget.  <i>Pm</i> was mentioned by Champion and was included by Rice in his
bibliography of the </i>Breviaire des Nobles</i>.  The text in <i>Pm</i>
contains many irregular lines and some poor rhymes.
